DAMAC Islands is a master-planned community inspired by six of the world’s tropical island destinations — Maldives, Bora Bora, Seychelles, Hawaii, Bali and Fiji — each forming its own cluster within the development.
At its centre sits a lagoon with water platforms, waterfalls and a central hub fountain, surrounded by twenty-two leisure attractions including an aqua park, jungle river, island zipline, wildlife and parrot parks, a hot springs spa and a wedding venue. Homes are townhouses and villas, arranged so the lagoon reaches the doorstep of the villa plots.
The community sits between Sheikh Zayed Road, Emirates Road, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Road.
