What we collect

When you use this website we may collect your name, email and phone number when you submit a valuation request, mortgage enquiry, contact form, careers application or newsletter sign-up; the property preferences you choose to share; and standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type via cookies.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiries and provide brokerage services.
• To send you the property information and market updates you have requested.
• To meet our obligations as a RERA-licensed brokerage.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with our CRM and service providers to deliver the services you request, and with the relevant authorities where required by law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent to marketing at any time by emailing concierge@conceptplus.ae.

Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide our services and to satisfy legal, tax and regulatory requirements, after which it is securely deleted.
