Sobha Realty is the Dubai property developer P.N.C. Menon established in 2003, an arm of the Sobha Group he had started as an interior decoration firm in Oman in 1976. The company states that it keeps engineering, manufacturing and quality control in-house, including a quality-control cell reporting to the group chairman. Its largest community is Sobha Hartland, an 8 million sq ft freehold development launched in 2014 in Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City, later extended by Sobha Hartland II. Other projects include Sobha SeaHaven at Dubai Harbour, Sobha One near Ras Al Khor Road and Sobha Central on Sheikh Zayed Road, with further communities in Abu Dhabi and Umm Al Quwain. Sobha Realty is privately held; it issued a USD 750 million green sukuk in September 2025, listed on Nasdaq Dubai and the London Stock Exchange.
