Select Group is a privately owned property developer established in Dubai in 2002 and headquartered in its own Peninsula development in Business Bay. Founder Rahail Aslam became chairman in October 2024, when Israr Liaqat was appointed group chief executive. In Dubai Marina, the three-tower Marina Gate complex was completed in 2020 with Jumeirah Living Marina Gate, which has 508 branded residences, among them 104 serviced apartments and 15 villas. Six Senses Residences The Palm, on Palm Jumeirah, completed construction in May 2026. Under development are a 122-storey Six Senses tower in Dubai Marina with 251 residences, remaining phases of the Peninsula masterplan in Business Bay, and Artistry One and Artistry Two in Dubai Design District. The company also develops in the United Kingdom and Europe, including 98 Baker Street in London.
